Peyek Uceng Sukaria



Warung ini biasa disebut warung Sukaria mungkin karena disesuaikan dengan nama pemiliknya yaitu Haji Sukari atau dikenal juga dengan nama Warung Nasi Uceng ‘Djoyo Mulyo & rsquo; dan letaknya dipelosok di desa Babadan, Kecamatan Wlingi Kabupaten Blitar.Dahulu lokasi warung ini masuk ke pelosok desa kira2 tepatnya ke arah barat dari lokasi yang sekarang yang mana sudah berada di pinggir jalan dari wlingi ke arah batu malang.
Awalnya Haji Sukari hanya berjualan Nasi Pecel dengan lauk peyek Uceng yang dirintisnya sejak tahun 1977. Seiringdengan permintaan pelanggan maka dibuatlah menu baru Uceng goreng dengan Lalapan dan sambal hingga menjadi menu andalan warung ini sekarang. Tersedia juga ikan Uceng yang di masak sayur seperti umumnya masakan khasorang desa, ada pula ikan wader goreng, udang kali goreng dan aneka ikan air tawar yang didapat dari sungai-sungai di sekitar daerah Wlingi. dan yang khas lagi adalah terancam, yaitu mentimun yang dicacah, dicampur kemangi dan parutan kelapa, biasanya menjadi campuran nasi pecel. Uceng adalah ikan air tawar, biasanya hidup di sungai yang airnya jernih dan mengalir deras. Ikan ini bentuknya bentuknya bulat dan memanjang kira2 sebesar jari kelingking, tidak bersisik dan terdapat garis-garis vertikal hitam di badannya. Cara mendapatkannya langsung dijaring di sungai, atau menggunakan perangkap semacam "wuwu" yang ukurannya kecil. Wuwu kecil itu di bagian tutup depan dikasih umpan nasi yang dilumatkan dan dicampur bawang putih.
Sore dipasang dengan cara dibenamkan ke dalam air sungai, pagi harinya diambil, uceng sudah masuk perangkap. Pernah juga ada upaya budidaya Uceng, agar tidak merusak ekosistem sungai. Namun upaya itu gagal sehingga mengandalkan bahan baku yang di dapat langsung di alam seperti di kali Lekso yang merupakan jalur aliran lahar Gunung Kelud, bisa anda bayangkan sungai ini penuh dengan batuan material gunung kelud dan airnya sangat bening dan deras ditambah hawa pengunungan yang sejuk menjadikan airnya dingin dan segar. Setiap hari, Haji Sukari menghabiskan 40 hinga 50 kilogram Uceng. Itu belum termasuk wader dan udang sungai, serta ikan air tawarnya. Setidaknya ada 20 orang pemasok Uceng dari Desa Babadan sendiri, serta desa di sekitar wilayah Kecamatan Wlingi. Bagi anda yang ingin membawa pulang sebagai oleh-oleh, Warung Sukari sudah menyediakan Uceng goreng dalam kemasan plastik dan setiap bungkusnya berisi seperempat kilogram dan dijual dengan harga Rp 15.000,-



Rute Lokasi

Dari arah kota Blitar setelah melewati masjid Agung Wlingi ketemu SPBU kemudian belok kiri atau ke arah utara (mengikuti jalur BUS) setelah melewati depan RS Wlingi maka jalur Bus ini akan berbelok ke kanan atau arah timur kemudian bertemu pertigaan Gurid dimana ada sebuah prasasti dipinggir jalan namanya Prasasti Munggut, dari sini belok ke kiri atau ke arah utara jurusan Obyek Wisata Rambut Monte, Nah kira-kira 500m-1km di kiri jalan tetulis nama Warung Jaya Mulya.Dari arah Kota Wlingi, setelah melewati Pasar Wlingi ada pertigaan jangan ambil yang belok ke kanan karena itu ke arah Kawedanan melalui jembatan kali lekso, ambil jalur lurus dan kemudian belok ke kiri hingga sampai di pertigaan tempat prasasti Munggut berada selanjutnya tinggal belok kanan Karena saking khasnya sekarang ini telah bermunculan penjual Nasi Uceng salah satu diantaranya terletak di depan SPBU Garum sebelah utara jalan
